“The number of cancers diagnosed each year is set to double by the year 2050 if we don’t do anything about it. This is unacceptable! My goal is to reverse this trend and empower you with knowledge of your own personal cancer risk, with risk-adjusted screening recommendations and prevention options, so that you may optimize your own health.”
– To your health,
Dr. Mel

Freedom from illness…

Healthy nutrition and movement can lower risk for cancer, as well as heart attack, stroke, hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol.  With all of these beneficial “side effects”, everyone should desire to live a consistently healthy lifestyle. However, it can be challenging to practice healthy habits when life gets busy. The accountability and encouragement of a close-knit community can be instrumental in achieve our goals. We established 360-Wellness Communities to provide regular support, recipes, fitness hacks, and inspiration to maintain a healthy mindset.

Join us!
Participation in our Spring Forward Challenge, and all future challenges, is included in your membership.
